A flexible flue liner is for re-lining an existing masonry chimney. It can only be installed in a chimney and must be totally enclosed within it. Stainless-steel chimney liners are an easy and economical way to repair an unsafe, deteriorated, or ineffective chimney.
Flexible flue liners reduce the chance of a carbon monoxide leak, chimney fire, and creosote build-up, in addition to improving the energy efficiency of the appliance. They also make fireplace maintenance easier.
Old chimneys frequently need re-lining as they are often too large for modern appliances, which causes the smoke to cool and negatively affects the draw.
Flexible flue liners are suitable for gas, oil and multi-fuel/wood burning appliances where the maximum flue gas temperature does not exceed 600°C. Under normal operating conditions and providing the liner is installed correctly, flexible flue liners should last the lifetime of the appliance.
FuranFlex Chimney Liners
FuranFlex® is a revolutionary chimney lining system which uses a glass fibre reinforced thermo setting resin, to line the chimney. It is most commonly used in older or listed buildings to bring large open fires back into use without having to alter the size of the fire opening or install chimney fans and comes with a 25-year guarantee.
FuranFlex® is the only method, by which chimneys of any shape, dimension and length can be lined with joint-free airtight liner of steel hardness and stainless composite material, that is resistant to flames and heat.
During installation the tube is lined in the chimney but in its soft state. Once inflated by steam, it takes the shape of the chimney and by the effect of the heat, gets irreversibly hardened to form a heat and corrosion resistant composite liner.
Bespoke Fire and Flue are a fully accredited and qualified FuranFlex® installation partner.
SCHIEDEL Chimney Systems

A chimney fan is a ventilator that ensures a constant up-draught in the chimney, making it easier to light the fireplace as well as helping to prevent the backflow of smoke into the room.
Exodraft are market leaders in the production of chimney fans to control chimney draught. Available in various sizes and capacities to meet the needs of households and businesses alike. Exodraft provide solutions for wood-burning/solid fuel stoves, gas fires and open fires. Their products can solve any chimney draught problem and are approved both nationally and international and meet the highest standards and industry regulations for safe use.
Exodraft Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) - The exodraft ESP particle filter is designed to filter out hazardous and ultrafine particles from the flue gas of your wood-burning stove or fireplace. The ESP particle filter comes with an integrated chimney fan in its top portion and includes a self-cleaning feature and catalytic-like technology. The particle filter reduces the number of particles by 90-95% (fine and ultrafine particles) as well as reducing the total particle mass by 70%-75%.
