At Fires of London Ltd (T/A Bespoke Fire and Flue) we aim to ensure that our customers and suppliers are happy.  We do, however, realize that we make mistakes from time to time, which affect the experience you have with our company. By receiving your complaint it allows us to address the mistakes, provides us with an opportunity to correct them and improve the service we offer in the future. We aim to to respond to your complaint within 3 working days.  In the event that your complaint requires further investigation, or requires discussions with 3rd parties, it may take up to 7 working days.  We will notify you if there will be extended delays to resolving your complaint.  We aim to resolve all complaints within 28 days.
