Project Blue Jay in Esher is a luxury property development that was given a full page feature in the Royal Institute of British Architects directory 2014.

Bespoke Fire & Flue Services were delighted to have been commissioned, to install 5 new fireplace and flue systems in this highly prestigious, Vascroft development. 

We choose a range of specialist appliances including a Fondis Ulys inset wood burning stove, an Ortal 1700 single sided gas fire and a Faber triple balanced 3-sided gas fire.

The final part of the installation was the entrance hall, and this imposing space presented us with an opportunity for something stylish and dramatic.

In keeping with the structure of the space we designed and installed a Planika ‘Fire Line Automatic’ bioethanol fireplace, set into a curved stainless steel firebox, within one of the walls of the entrance hall.

Using a wide range of products and technology, this was a truly fantastic development to work on.

We were very privileged to have gained recognition with the Royal Institute of British Architects for our part in this remarkable project.
